All our products are carefully packed in tubes or boxes, recycled paper and bubble wrap and shipped via a certified parcel carrier. BUA Studios fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition.

The content of your order cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.

T-Shirts can not be returned or exchanged. All T-shirt sales are final.

If we have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.

Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and make sure to include a copy of your order receipt as well as an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item. If you no longer have your order receipt, please include your full name, address and the date you placed your order on.

We recommend that you send your return back via an insured carrier.

Please note:

-Shipping charges are not refundable
-Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
-Refunds and/or exchanges are not applicable to damaged returns. Make sure your package is packed carefully. Wrap the ends of the posters in bubble wrap and add stuffing in the tube so the posters do not shift back and forth while in transit. After the package is packed safely, we advise you to tape the ends up with packaging tape.
